Learn2 Weightlift is an introductory course to build confidence in strength training and weightlifting. Supported by a certified strength and conditioning coach, you’ll learn squats, deadlifts, and pressing variations before being introduced to Olympic weightlifting. This is designed for participants of all levels looking for more structure in their fitness regimen. There are 4 classes total in each session (1 class / week for 4-weeks).

Week 1 = Fundamentals of weightlifting (the big three: squat, bench and deadlift)
Week 2 = Squats and Bench
Week 3 = Deadlift and Bench
Week 4 = Squat and Deadlift

This program is designed for women identified students and takes place in our Women's only Fitness Zone.

Program fees equal $10/session for Members and $15/session for Non-Members.
