Hillel Welcome Week: Activism & Ice Cream

Come along to our free ice cream truck social and learn all about Queen's Hillel!

Queen's Hillel aims to be the voice of Jewish students at Queen's. We know that Jewish students are incredibly diverse and we know that Jewish students care about different issues. That's why we speak up when Jewish students are marginalised or discriminated against. It's why we run major campaigns to educate on core issues like Holocaust Awareness, Israel and modern Jewish culture. And it's why we'll always work to ensure that choosing to live an observant Jewish life is not a barrier to having a great time at Queen's.

Come along to our kick off social to meet other students involved with Queen's Hillel. If you want to be involved with programs and activities like Holocaust Education Week or responding to Antisemitism on campus this is the event for you!

So join us at the Otterburn House (124 Centre Street), at 5.30pm on 7th September, for copious amounts of soft serve and the start to a great year standing up for Jewish students at Queen's!
