The Queen's Campus Wellbeing Framework is the result of six months of consultations with students, staff and faculty. It represents the shared, wellbeing vision of more than 1800 Queen’s community members (33% undergraduate students, 17% graduate students, 35% staff and 15% faculty members) who told the project team that campus wellbeing is rooted in a culture of care, inclusion and respect, social connectedness, the places we learn and work, and in the multiple dimensions of personal health. Informed by community feedback, the project team developed a set of guiding principles and four priority areas of focus.
