Do you love soca, dancehall, hip hop, or reggae? Do you want to learn about different cultures and meet new people? Introducing... Afro Beats!

In this dance fitness class, we’ll focus on different Afro-Caribbean styles of dance and shake off all our stresses together through our passion to dance. No experience required… just a positive attitude!

Note: To address the unique needs and concerns of BIPoC student communities, this group fitness class is open only to qualified individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous and/or a person of colour. This initiative follows the provisions of a special program and special employment as outlined by the Ontario Human Rights Commission: http://www.ohrc.on.ca/en/your-guide-special-programs-and-human-rights-code.
