After you Pay

The amount transferred to the university will be applied to your tuition and fees for the first year of study. Should you choose to pay more than the required deposit amount, any amount remaining will be used to pay future terms’ tuition and fees. Funds will not be refunded to you for any reason while you are still in Canada. Please see the Refund policy below. The university does not charge any service fee, nor do we pay any interest on the deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable, except under specific circumstances:

  • Students whose offer of admission is revoked.
  • Students who applied for a Study Permit prior to August 1 using BorderPass and were denied due to reasons beyond their control.

Students applying for a study permit after August 1 are ineligible for a refund if the permit is not approved in time for the term start.

If you are unable to attend the original start term, your admission and deposit will be automatically transferred to the next available intake.

Failure to attend, except under mentioned exceptions, will result in forfeiture of the deposit fees.
