Shelley joined Queen's as a Procurement Specialist at the end of 2018.  Shelley brings with her, 8 years of public sector buying experience and a wealth of knowledge as the Procurement Lead on a Procure to Pay system implementation.  Shelley has a passion for good value and a gift for customer service which lends itself nicely to assisting the Queen's community through the procurement of complex goods and services.  Shelley focuses on ITS and Research, but you'll find her popping up wherever there's a need. Shelley recently obtained her Certified Public Procurement Buyer (CPPB) designation through though the Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council.

After a move to the surrounding Kingston area, Diane’s Queen’s AP career began in 2006. Diane didn’t have to spend extensive time working through legacy paper processes in Accounts Payable before she navigated seamlessly into the new Procure to Pay world that PeopleSoft brought to Queen’s Finance life. She has experienced first-hand day-to-day transactional activity in her time with AP, while also acting as a key knowledge resource during several PeopleSoft upgrades. Her experiences in the AP team are diverse and have contributed immensely to her occupancy of the Accounts Payable Lead role, covering both acQuire and PeopleSoft AP functionality.

Shannon’s passion for systems and support led her to her current role of Junior Analyst on the Procurement Systems team. Shannon is the prime acQuire support contact.

Steve's career at Queen's University began in Printing Services where he spent 20 years before joining the Strategic Procurement Team.  In 2011, he joined SPS as a Buyer focusing on print related commodities and advising the Smith School of Business through their many, day to day purchases.  In 2019, Steve accepted the role of Manager, Postal and Printing Services.  He now leads that team, but continues to help out the buyers in a limited capacity.

Stephanie joined the team in July 2020 and brings over twenty years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus in logistics.  Her skillset includes managing multi-disciplinary and cross-function teams, along with working with diverse client groups in a number of different industries.  Stephanie is responsible for managing all aspects of the business services within Strategic Procurement Services, which includes the university's credit card programs, along with logistics and customs.

In September 2015 Andy joined Queen’s as the Director, Strategic Procurement Services. In this role, Andy is responsible for the leadership of Procurement Operations, Postal Services, and Strategic Sourcing teams. Andy promotes strong support of clients to ensure the highest level of procurement service for the university community.

Andy lead the implementation for Queen’s on the, fully transparent end -to- end Procure to Pay (P2P) toolset, known as acQuire. This system officially launched to the Queen’s community in May 2017.

Prior to Queen’s, Andy was Director of Global Procurement for Nortel Networks and Alcatel-Lucent Telecommunication, managing global contracts and sourcing.
