Art History Prof. Joan M. Schwartz, geographer and photo archives expert, will give a special lecture at Royal Holloway's Department of Geography on October 19, 2022 at 4pm in the Queens Building Lecture Theatre: "Photographs, archives, and the geographical imagination". Prof. Schwartz is a Leverhulme Visiting Professor based in the Centre for GeoHumanities, and she will deliver three additional Leverhulme Lectures at the V&A Museum, The National Archives and the Royal Geographical Society.
