This psycho-educational group will help students learn ways to regulate their mood, manage anxiety, and improve focus during stress filled times. You will get the opportunity to experience a variety of mindfulness exercises (e.g., body scan, mindful eating, and mindful self-compassion) in an environment that allows you to ask questions and receive feedback. The group also helps you integrate the practice of ‘mindfulness-based stress reduction’ into your daily life.
