Biography

• B.A., Honours (Philosophy), Queen’s University

Cassidy is interested in hermeneutics, phenomenology, and public philosophy. She is interested in how the distribution of information through media and constant media access through widespread technology informs one’s ability to critically engage with information, as well as how constant access to information through technology and endless debate influences one’s ability to formulate meaning for one’s own life. Outside of philosophy, Cassidy is interested in journalism and pursuing stories relating to reproductive health justice.
