Queen’s Partnerships and Innovation is pleased to report the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 11,522,510 entitled, "High-Output Current Transconductance Amplifier," on December 6, 2022 to Arthur Liraneto Torres Costa and Carlos Saavedra. The patent relates to a transconductance amplifier (TCA) implemented with high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) in a push-pull amplifier output stage provides a voltage controlled constant high output current to loads ranging from 10 mΩ to 1 Ω with a bandwidth of 25 MHz.
