Representatives of the University and the Queen’s University Faculty Association (QUFA) have agreed to mediation to help them in their efforts to negotiate a renewed collective agreement for faculty, librarians, and archivists. The parties are scheduled to meet with the mediator on several occasions in early December.
The University’s administration respects the collective bargaining process and remains committed to reaching a tentative agreement that is capable of being ratified by both parties.
