Queen’s University and the Public Service Alliance of Canada Local 901 (Unit 2) (“PSAC”), representing postdoctoral fellows employed by the University, continue to meet in efforts to renew their Collective Agreement.
The parties’ negotiating teams are slated to meet this week on Tuesday, June 25 through Thursday, June 27, 2024. They have been in negotiations to renew the collective agreement since October 2023. The collective agreement expired on June 30, 2023.
The University’s administration respects the collective bargaining process and remains committed to reaching a tentative agreement that is capable of being ratified by both parties. Once reached, the details of any tentative agreement remain confidential until it is ratified successfully by both parties.
