Heather Christie, CFA, Director, is the Head of the Adviser and Platform Sales Team within the UK iShares and Wealth business. She leads the team responsible for client relationship management and business development within the UK Adviser industry, including strategic adviser distributors, retail ratings agencies, and platforms. Prior to moving to her current role in 2019, Heather was a Relationship Manager on the UK Retail London Discretionary Sales team, responsible for building relationships with UK Wealth managers and Private Banks based in London. Heather has also held roles on BlackRock's EMEA Family Office, Charities and Endowments team, and her service with the firm began in 2010 on the EMEA Marketing team. She began her career at Scotia Capital as a summer analyst in Global Equity Finance. Heather holds a Masters in International Journalism from City University in London, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature from Queen's University in Canada.
