OnlineTwo streams for this session are taught together. One stream is for employees, focusing on developing personal resilience, recognizing your automatic responses to stress, and choosing healthier strategies. The other stream is for students, who will move from surviving to thriving, by developing personal and academic resilience. Both of these streams, provide participants with excellent takeaway resources, as well as a participant handbook to follow along with and reflect on in the future.
