Congratulation to Mahammad Hossain

Mahammad's paper titled "A hybrid image segmentation method for building extraction from high-resolution RGB images" was just published by ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. This work is part of Mohammad's dissertation research. In this paper an improved hybrid segmentation method was proposed by modifying the previously methods to identify optimal parameters, reduce over-segmentation and restrict merging with shadow.
