Easy to access and packed with fascinating research happening across campus, the Office of the Vice-Principal (Research) has issued a special digital edition of (e)AFFECT.
“With a special 175th anniversary issue appearing in the early fall, we decided to do something a little different for our spring/summer magazine: a mini digital edition,” says Melinda Knox, co-managing editor. “Going digital instead of print for this issue will really allow us to expand our readership base. Our usual distribution includes faculty, government bodies, funding agencies and key stakeholders, but for this issue we have worked closely with Advancement to capture the alumni audience and with Communications to ensure that staff and students have access to publication. With digital, the possibilities are limitless.”
The mini issue features fewer stories in comparison to the previous eight issues; however, it covers the same wide range of scholarship and research at Queen’s. There is more visual content, and it has a user-friendly format that is easily accessed and widely available.
The digital edition of (e)AFFECT, and accessible PDFs of all previous issues, can be found on the Office of the Vice-Principal (Research) website.
