Applications are currently being accepted for Queen’s Postdoctoral Fund. The Vice-Principal (Research) has developed this new fund with a goal of attracting outstanding postdoctoral fellows to Queen’s and fostering recognition of trainees as future research leaders. 

The fund will provide a total of $100,000 in salary support over two years for each recipient. A committee with representation from the offices of the Vice-Principal (Research), Human Rights and Equity, School of Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs, and current faculty and postdoctoral fellows will assess applications on the quality of the training environment, postdoctoral research proposal, and preparation of the fellow for the proposed research. 

The first round of applications is due Feb. 28, 2023, with a second intake date for May 1, 2023.
