As a result of a recent acquisition, Queen's University’s Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider, LifeWorks, will officially transition to be known as TELUS Health One. Employees will start to see this change immediately when using EFAP services.

TELUS Health One will continue to offer 24/7 comprehensive and confidential support to employees and their families. Services remain unchanged, encompassing a wide range of mental health, emotional support, financial advice, and wellness resources. Login credentials will be updated later in August to align with the new name and brand, included below for reference and available on the HR Website and HR Intranet.

In addition to our EFAP provider, eligible expenses for services such as psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers may be covered through your Manulife benefits.
