The 2022-2023 Employee Experiences Survey Report is posted to the survey website. Issued in 2022, the survey received responses from over 3,800 employees and measured 42 key drivers relating to employees’ views about, and experiences in, their workplace. It spanned subjects of job clarity, work recognition, physical and psychological safety, as well as issues of respect, equity, and inclusion.

The report summarizes survey results, highlighting areas of strength and areas where further improvements can be made, and several initiatives and programs to assist employees are already in place and underway, having been informed by survey data.

Although the survey represents a point in time and employee experiences may have shifted since conducted, the survey report contains useful data and offers important insights that will help inform refinement and development of strategies to improve employee experiences moving forward. The university thanks all faculty and staff who took time to share their experiences and perspectives.
