U.S. President-elect Donald Trump stated on Monday that he would impose a 25-per cent tariff on all goods imported from Canada, as well as Mexico, on his first day back in the White House.
In response, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has set up an urgent meeting with Canada’s premiers to discuss future steps for the Canada-U.S. trade relationship.
