The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with their information return filing services. They are investigating issues preventing information returns from being completed and submitted successfully by employers and working diligently to resolve these technical issues.
Financial Services (Payroll) submitted the 2024 T4 and T4A files electronically on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. As of Wednesday, February 19th, 3 of our 4 files have been processed. Once the final file has been processed, Payroll will finalize the tax slips and make them available via MyHR self-service or print copies to be mailed via Canada Post.
