Create your own medicine bag—a meaningful wellness symbol used to hold intentions, affirmations, or small objects that support your wellbeing. This hands-on session will introduce traditional teachings while offering a deeply personal and reflective experience.

- Learn about medicine bags as wellness tools
- Create a customized bag that represents your personal journey
- Engage in a culturally enriching experience

  • Description: Participants will create their own medicine bag, a small pouch traditionally used to hold meaningful objects, intentions, or affirmations that support wellbeing. Teachings will be provided around medicine bags as symbols and tools for wellness.
  • Time: 1.5 hours
  • Materials Provided: Leather, beads, and supplies for crafting medicine bags
