We spend years developing our intellectual capacities yet Emotional Intelligence is the skill that heavily influences the quality of our interactions and communication with others. Emotional intelligence is shown to impact your decision making, performance, physical and mental health. Becoming aware of our emotions and using them as a source of data to guide our communication and interactions with others is key to successful relationships. By the end of this workshop, students will be able to:
• Understand the brains role in Emotional Intelligence
• Recognize emotions in themselves and others.
• Learns strategies to regulate and express emotions to facilitate healthy personal and professional interactions.
