This September, Doors Open is back!
Doors Open is an opportunity to 'Explore, discover and encounter the hidden spaces, places and stories of Kingston.' And it's completely free! This year the McDonald Institute Visitor Centre will be joining the event with 30 minute zoom-tours, show-casing the Cloud Chamber particle detector and the research happening at SNOLAB, 2 km underground, trying to uncover some of the biggest mysteries of the universe, like 'What is Dark Matter?' and 'Why is there matter but no antimatter?'.
