Karl Larson, Security Director & Chief Information Security Officer at TELUS where he works to ensure the security of TELUS and its customers. Karl has more than 20 years experience in Information Security and Information Technology in Telecommunications, Higher Education, Technology, Health Care and Hospitality in Canada, the United States and Europe. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College.

In this session, attendees will be presented with an overview of cybersecurity considerations when travelling, including examples of travel security in the news when crossing borders, tips when preparing for travel, while in transit and when travelling outside of Canada.
