In this workshop you will:
- Review 8 points of focus to ensure an effective approach to exams
- Restock on mindsets that can help to shift your nervous energy so you can stay in the zone
- Try techniques such as the P.E.A.C.E strategy to manage difficult emotions
- Obtain a quick review of additional study hacks
