In part 2 of this 2-part workshop we will continue to delve into procrastination and related components. Students will reflect on what worked and what didn’t during Reading Week, so they can revamp and build on their plan to buckle down for the remaining weeks of school. Additional ways to strengthen habits and increase behaviours that can lead to improved academic performance and greater well-being will also be explored.
This wellness workshop is for students only. Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
