MORNING SESSION: Strategies for Dementia
AFTERNOON SESSION: Common Care Issues in the Vulnerable
Join us for a day of discussion, debates and problem-solving. We will review new screening tools and guidelines to help assist you in areas such as deprescribing as well as other common care issues your geriatric patients are experiencing. You will have a choice of four workshops from a pool of eight. If you are searching for answers to geriatric challenges you face every day in your practice, this is a program you will not want to miss.

Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists and Healthcare Professionals
Credits: This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Queen's University for up to 5.75 Mainpro+ credits.
