This 6-week psycho-education group is designed to introduce cognitive behavioural therapy (CTB) strategies for students who are struggling with getting good quality sleep and/or suffer from insomnia. We will be looking at things that contribute to unhelpful sleep environments and examining techniques that help improve sleep patterns. In addition, student will be given the opportunity to track personal sleep habits & be involved in group problem-solving and feedback.
