Improving psychological health and safety in the workplace is a process of continual improvement. This virtual session is focused on discussing what organizational culture means for Queen's employees in a practical way.

We all deserve a healthy working environment. This session focuses on organizational culture in the workplace, which comes down to our shared values, beliefs, meanings and expectations.

This approach is recommended by the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. In this session employees will build their awareness of their responsibility to contribute to a positive workplace culture. Please come prepared to make a positive contribution by thinking about what would help to improve our organizational culture.
