Join Us for Thrive Week November 4-8. This year's focus is on growth, development and resilience.
There has been a lot of discussion about what burnout is, and the fact that many people experience it. This workshop goes beyond those facts to cover practical actions you can take away to prevent burnout, or if you are already experiencing it, to begin to recover from it.
In this session you will learn to:
(1) Recognize some of the reasons you may be more prone to burnout
(2) Consider more than one type of rest, needed to support your energy.
(3) Learn some practical and easy strategies that you can implement immediately.
We can all benefit from learning this skill and sharing it with those we care about.
