Kingston Canadian Film Festival
Find on Campus Map
The Kingston Canadian Film Festival is the globe’s largest all-Canadian film festival entering its 19th year, with dates set for February 28-March 3. Feature films, short films (including categories for locals and youth), Q&A’s with filmmakers, and lots of special guest visits, KCFF has something for everyone. More than just a weekend at the movies, KCFF is a celebration of Canadian storytelling, attended by close to 10,000 cultural enthusiasts that brave the wintry weather! KCFF also highlights Queen’s alumni, like the Oscar-winning Brigitte Berman and CEO of TIFF, Piers Handling, to name just a couple. Queen’s students participate as filmmakers (in the local shorts program), volunteers, interns, and paid work-study students. KCFF bridges introductions between campus life, the community, and the larger Canadian film industry! For more information visit www.kingcanfilmfest.com
