Understand how underlying emotions or other factors might be affecting your motivation and leading to procrastination. In this workshop, we will show you how to develop strategies to manage procrastination and associated emotions. Leave refreshed with a new game plan to tackle your tasks this term! This is not simply a time management workshop, but a way for you to start to understand and get to the root causes of your procrastination and motivation issues.
In this workshop you will:
- Assess your current levels of procrastination to build self-awareness of the underlying factors affecting your motivation
- Learn the three best ways to beat procrastination
- Rethink to-do lists and schedules to stay organized without being overwhelmed
- Discuss 10 key practical tips to get started, and learn what works for others at Queen’s.
NOTE: This workshop is for students only. Registration is recommended but drop-ins welcome.
