Description:

Please join us for Thrive Week, November 4-8. This year's focus is on growth, development, and resilience.

Are you struggling to balance caregiving with your career responsibilities and other commitments? Us too. Come find your people.

You are invited to join members of the very newly launched Queen's Parents and Caregivers Village (QPCV) Employee Resource Group for a conversation circle during Thrive Week. The conversation circle will be hybrid, offering simultaneous virtual and in-person options.

This is an opportunity to come together and share the premise of the QPCV; to learn about your needs; and to find opportunities to get involved and support one another. Potential topics include:

  • What does caregiving look like in your life? What pain points are you managing?
  • How can parents and caregivers Employee Resource Group at Queen's serve you? What support or advocacy would be meaningful?
  • What events or connection opportunities would you like to see emerge?

The MS Teams link will be sent to you in advance of this session if you are taking this session from a hybrid location. If you are attending in-person, the room location is in the registration form.

Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided for those attending in person.

Presenting: The Queen's Parents and Caregivers Village (QPCV) is a new ERG that aims to create a supportive and inclusive community where parents and caregivers are supported to thrive both personally and professionally.
