Description:
We hope you will join us April 6 - 7 at the Donald Gordon Conference Centre for Alumni Volunteer Summit 2018!
This year’s conference will focus on “Building a Better Volunteer: From Recruitment to Recognition”. Volunteers will be encouraged to reflect on their own personal and professional growth, as well as the overall strength and sustainability of their volunteer teams. While thinking about strong, positive team dynamics, attendees will consider concepts such as diversity and inclusion in the Queen’s volunteer context.
Featured faculty speakers include:
- Kate Rowbotham, Assistant Professor and Distinguished Faculty Fellow of Organizational Behavior, Queen’s Smith School of Business
- Daniel R. Woolf, Queen’s Principal & Vice Chancellor
