Biography
Gabby Zuniga (she/her) is the founder and principal consultant of Inclusive Kind, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting practice that is dedicated to helping organizations create cultures and experiences where everyone can succeed. Most recently she was the Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader at EY, Canada, leading the
development, execution, and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy.
She has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources and Organizational Development and has worked in Montreal, Vancouver, and Toronto supporting a variety of organizations and industries. Her passion is taking academic research and insights and practically applying them to increase diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, giving everyone a greater opportunity to thrive.
She has a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto, and holds the Canadian Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
