On December 1, MIR students in Professor Lilius' Organizational Behaviour course presented their organizational analysis projects - looking at a live issue in a real organization and using peer-reviewed research to both propose a change to address the issue and navigate stakeholder reactions.

The project moved to an infographic format, rather than academic posters, in line with the translation of research to practice.

Staff and faculty were invited to attend the session, view the posters, and hear more about the issues and proposed solutions from the MIR students.

The students have not had an opportunity to present in person since Winter 2019 and it was very exciting to be back in Stauffer for this event!
