Our Master of Industrial Relations students participated in a mini poster session yesterday as a capstone project for their course in Organizational Behavior (OB). Students identified organizations in the news for an OB-related issue, explored the nature of the issue, and offered evidence-based suggestions for tackling it. The students did fantastic work representing the MIR program!
