The Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre does not have certified allergen-free facilities; however, we make every effort to take necessary precautions to minimize the risk of exposure. All non-perishable and unspoiled perishable food is donated. We redirect all unspoiled food from landfills to our neighbours in need.
