Two new books on police responsibilities in combating racism have been published by the “Building Democracy” project to support education about democracy and human rights for law enforcement personnel in Ukraine. Both are based on syntheses of international literature. One focuses on, Combating Hate Crimes, the other on Racial Profiling .
