Dr. Keith Banting was awarded the 2016 Mildred A. Schwartz Lifetime Achievement Award at the APSA Annual Convention. This annual award from the American Political Science Association recognizes scholars who have made significant contributions to the study of Canadian Politics throughout their career. Keith’s path breaking research on public policy, particularly social policy and multiculturalism, in Canada and around the world, positions him as one of the world’s most renowned scholars in the field and we are delighted that he has been recognized as such by APSA.
