To support our leadership community, in September 2021 we hosted a collaborative conversation focusing on how to navigate emotion, and support our teams in the transition back to the workplace. We spent most of this time in breakout rooms to help build connections and share some real strategies about how to keep empathy, kindness, and flexibility front of mind.
In fact, this session was so popular we repeated it in November 2021, where we focussed on saying "no", self-compassion, and motivation based on following your "why".
