Course Learning Outcomes:

  1. Identify and explain the process configurations in Machining (turning, milling and drilling), Metal Forming (bending, deep drawing and sheering), Welding (fusion and solid-state welding), and Additive Manufacturing (3D printing and laser powder deposition).
  2. Explain and apply terminologies for dimensional tolerances and surface roughness in laboratory measurements and technical drawings.
