Groups, departments, and units on campus who have invited or are considering inviting high-level government officials to campus are encouraged to contact Government and Institutional Relations for advice and support on ceremonial event planning, protocol, security considerations, and other matters to ensure success and to make the best use of the visit to support Queen’s priorities.
