Transition from DSS to TRAQ Awards

Please note: On March 26, 2014 following the internal deadline for the NSERC Strategic Project Grant Program, the Queen’s University research community is moving from using the Data Summary and Signature System (DSS) to the TRAQ Researcher Portal to seek internal approval of grants and agreements.

Please be aware that DSS entries created but not submitted for hospital operational director and/or department head approval by March 25, 2014 will be lost and will have to be recreated in the TRAQ system.

How can you prepare for the transition to the TRAQ Researcher Portal?

  • If you hold the role 'research assistant' in the DSS, take a screenshot of your files and send it to traq@queensu.ca so you are added as a Project Team Member on active files
