Re-Registration for Returning Students

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with re-registration

This online re-registration service is for students who were previously registered with QSAS and currently enrolled in classes at Queen's University.  If you require any changes to your accommodations, please contact the office to book an advising appointment.

The link to the online self-registration service is located at the bottom of this page.

Current and returning students may use the online self-registration service to:

  • Renew your registration with QSAS
  • Review your accommodations
  • Obtain a copy of your Letter of Accommodation

Consent and Confidentiality
Before you can begin the online self-registration, you will be asked to give your consent to the exchange of information about you by QSAS within Student Wellness Services and with other units at Queen's specifically to facilitate the approval and implementation of your academic accommodations.  For more information, please review our Statement of Confidentiality and Consent pages.

If you do not click "I agree to the terms outlined above" in response to the Consent Statement, you will not be able to proceed with the online registration process. In this case, please contact QSAS to speak with an advisor about your needs.

Notifying your Instructors

Once you have approved your accommodations and selected the courses to which they will apply, you must click "Get Letter".  A PDF copy of your Letter of Accommodation will automatically open, which you will need to save to your files.  For more information, please view this sample Letter of Accommodation (PDF, 77KB)

Students are responsible for conveying a copy of their Letter of Accommodation to each academic department or faculty in which they are enrolled in courses. Please consult the table below for point persons in faculty/academic departments to contact with your Letter of Accommodation. If you are not comfortable taking the Letters of Accommodation to your instructors or faculty, please speak with your Faculty Office or your Accessibility Advisor to arrange for someone to deliver the Letters of Accommodation on your behalf.
