  • Graduates are asked to arrive at Kingston Hall at least ninety (90) minutes prior to their ceremony (8:30 am)
  • Graduates will process from Kingston Hall to Grant Hall at 9:45 am

  • Doors open by 8:30 am

  • Hoods and Gown rentals are provided by the Alma Mater Society (AMS), in conjunction with Gaspard.
  • Orders may be placed online at https://buildagrad.ca/queensu from July 15th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) to October 31st, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. (EST)
  • Regalia may be rented on the day of your ceremony, but at an increased price. Visit our Information For Graduates page for more details
