Ceremony Schedule and Academic Procession

Dates, times, Honorary graduands and guest speakers for all Fall 2014 Convocation ceremonies are available on our main schedule page

RSVP for Attendance / Procession and Guests

Please note that a separate RSVP form must be used for attendance at Ceremony 1, which includes the Installation of the Chancellor.
    Faculty members wishing to attend Ceremony 1 as well as one of the other ceremonies must submit both forms separately.

 

Chancellor's Installation / Ceremony 1 - Regalia Request and RSVP Form - Tuesday, November 18th @ 10:00 a.m.

 

 

 

 

Ceremonies 2 to 5 - Regalia Request and RSVP Form - Tuesday, November 18th (2:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m.) and Wednesday, November 19th (10:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m.)

 

 

Also note that non-faculty members of the Board of Trustees, Senate and University Council are NOT required to reserve regalia or participate in the Academic Procession. Seating will be provided in the Reserved Section in Grant Hall.
