Dates and Deadlines

  • April 1           Graduate Students PPL enrollment opens for Summer term, for those currently not on the PPL
  • April 5           Graduate Students: Last withdrawal for the Winter Term PPL
  • April 11-27   Winter 2019 final exams. The exam schedule is posted in SOLUS.  Learn more.
  • April 30         Personal Income tax filing deadline. 
  • April 30         Last day to apply to graduate for Spring 2019

Graduate Students: Not on the GRAD payment plan and still want to join?

If you’re already on a payment plan for 2018-2019, you’ll be automatically rolled into the Summer plan by April 30. Remember, there’s no withdrawal in May! Email fees@queensu.ca if you want to be removed from a payment plan at any time.

If you’re not on the payment plan and want to join for the summer term, you can enroll on SOLUS April 1-May 31, but you have to enroll before May 1 to avoid service charges! For more information about the payment plan, click here.

Important Notification from the National Student Loans Service Centre

An email was recently forwarded by the National Student Loans Service Centre to a group of students receiving government student financial assistance. Unfortunately, the emails have been tagged as a potential phishing attempt by Microsoft and have been forwarded to email junk folders. The important mail could be related to income tax documents.  Learn more.

Queen’s Summer Work Study Program

Queen's Work Study program provides eligible students demonstrating financial need with the opportunity to receive priority for certain part-time positions while they are registered in studies.  The Summer 2019 Work Study program is now available.  Learn more.

Preparing for 2019-20 OSAP – Paying your Tuition with OSAP!

The 2019-20 OSAP application will be available mid/late April.  We encourage you to submit your application early!  Learn more.
