Alison Parker started working at RARC in 2012 after completing her Bachelor of Education at Queen's University and completing an alternative practicum with RARC's transition programs.  In 2018 she achieved her Professional Master of Education at Queen's University. 

As the Manager, Alison is responsible for the day to day operations of the Centre including staff development, and overseeing assessments, the transition team, and training of the various students who work and have practicum experiences at RARC.

Alison grew up in Kingston before moving away for a few years to attend university and work.  After returning to attend Queen's University she has settled in Prince Edward County with her family. She currently works a hybrid schedule, splitting her time between home and the RARC offices.
